How to cancel an order :
Did you order the wrong item? Changed your mind? No problem! The processing time of an order is 24 to 48 hours.
In order to cancel your order, please contact our services at the following address indicating your order number and the name and surname used to place the order : email@example.com
- If your order has not yet been prepared, you can still cancel it. If the 48 hours deadline is exceeded, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can, however, always return it once you have received it (see return policy);
- It is not possible to go back on a cancellation. You can always place a new order;
- No change of address is possible after validation of an order. You can always cancel the order and place a new order with a different address.
You have received a damaged package :
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope that your items arrived complete and undamaged.
If the damage concerns only your package and you wish to return an item from this order, you can use any package to do so.
No confirmation email during the validation of your order :
You have ordered an item on our site, you have passed the validation step successfully and you have not received an email confirming your order? Don't worry, when your order is validated, you are sure to receive it at the address indicated.
