Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
I want to return one or more items :
You want to return your order? It's simple. You can return one or more items within 14 days after receiving your order.
Conditions of return :
Items to be returned must however be returned to us in their original packaging, with the labels attached and in perfect condition. They must also be accompanied by proof of purchase from our site (purchase receipt, order confirmation received by email, etc.).
If 35 days or more have elapsed since the date of receipt of your order, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
You may return items at the regular price as well as items on special offer or on sale.
Please note that any costs associated with returning orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
I want to exchange one or more items :
We accept to exchange only defective or damaged items. If your items are defective or damaged, please contact us and send it back to us as soon as possible.
Once we have received the items, we will examine them carefully and we will let you know by email, within 5 days (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays), if the defect entitles you to a replacement. If so, we will send you additional items within 10 days (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
I want a refund :
Once we have received the returned items, we will examine them carefully and let you know by email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund (see return conditions). If you are entitled, we will refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. You will be refunded within 10 days (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the date we receive the returned items.
Conditions of refund :
- Refunds only cover the total price of the order paid by the customer;
- The expenses related to the return of the order by the customer are not refunded;
- The refund of the order is made on the method of payment used by the customer during his order.
